José Rubens Urbini Junior

José Rubens Urbini Junior is a Co-founder and Chief Investments Officer at Venture Hub, a startup and technology acceleration hub based in Campinas, Brazil, since July 2017. In this role, José collaborates with a network of entrepreneurs, investors, and institutions to support the launch and growth of new companies. José also serves as General Partner at Venture Hub Select Portfolio, focusing on funding early-stage startups, and is the Executive Director for Venture Hub Manaus. Additionally, José holds multiple advisory board positions with companies such as Duotalk, Speedio, and MeuChapa. Academic credentials include an MBA in Project Management from FGV, a professional course in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Stanford University, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV, a Master's degree in International Business Administration from Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg, and an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
