Ernesto de la Espriella

Ernesto De La Espriella is an accomplished operations and supply chain professional with extensive experience in the food distribution sector. Currently serving as the Operations Excellence Manager at Frubana since January 2019, Ernesto has successfully led the launch of 16 new warehouses across Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico. Prior to this, Ernesto held the position of Operations Excellence Specialist, where a no-code inventory management system was designed and implemented. As an early employee at Frubana, Ernesto played a critical role in the company's expansion into Barranquilla by establishing procurement and warehouse processes. Before joining Frubana, Ernesto founded and managed Kangu, an online business focused on selling fruits and vegetables, and also founded FREPI, a similar venture that ultimately faced challenges due to financial constraints. Ernesto holds a degree from Universidad del Norte, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
