Sol Lozano

Sol Lozano has a strong background in quality assurance and testing, with extensive experience in various roles. They started their career at MEGASOFT COLOMBIA in 2012 as an Analyst of Software Quality Assurance. They then moved on to Q-Vision Technologies, where they worked as a Software Quality Analyst Lead from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they joined TigoUne as an Incidents Analyst, and in 2020, they became a Project Lead Testing at Sophos Solutions S.A.S. Afterward, they worked as a Sr. QA Analyst at Frubana in 2022 before transitioning to Glücky Group as a QA Leader. Currently, Sol Lozano is serving as a Software QA Lead at Frubana since 2023.

Sol Lozano attended the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniera en Telemática. In 2016, they also earned a certification as a Certified Tester from the International Software Quality Institute. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2011, Sol Lozano completed a degree in Tecnología en Sistematización de Datos with a field of study in Ingeniería Telemática at the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. In addition to their education, Sol Lozano has obtained several certifications, including a scrum master certification in March 2017, an istqb certification in August 2016, and a Diplomado en Gerencia de proyectos from the Politécnico de Colombia in 2015. They have also completed various courses, including Curso de Automatización de Pruebas UI con Cypress from Platzi and Automatización Rest API, Conceptos básicos DevOps, and Plan de formación Ágil, all from Sophos Solutions.
