Rachel Simpson is an experienced retail professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Assistant Store Manager at Fruitful Yield since August 2025, Rachel previously held various managerial roles at Cresco Labs from June 2018 to September 2025, including Senior Manager and Senior Change Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Whole Earth Marketing as an Outside Sales Representative and a significant tenure at Whole Foods Market, where responsibilities ranged from Associate Store Team Leader to Office Services Team Leader. Rachel's career began at Wild Oats Markets, where roles included Team Leader and Team Member.
