Arasele Zuniga

Arasele Zuniga, SHRM-CP has over 12 years of HR experience, starting in 2005 with Agri Beef Co. as the HR Manager. In this role, they provided HR leadership and support, handled recruitment, and processed payroll for management personnel. Arasele then joined Darigold in 2014 as an HR Manager / Business Partner, where they worked until 2017. Arasele'sresponsibilities included managing HR operations and serving as a strategic partner to the business. In 2017, Arasele joined FruitSmart Inc as the Human Resources Director, a role they currently hold.

Arasele Zuniga, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Heritage University. Arasele attended Heritage University from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from Yakima Valley College, where they studied from 1999 to 2001.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Arasele Zuniga has obtained several certifications. In February 2017, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Arasele also holds the "Getting Talent Back to Work Certificate" from SHRM, which they obtained in August 2023. Furthermore, they have acquired certifications in "Employee Experience" and "Excel: VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP for Beginners" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in April 2022.
