Tara Erwin

Tara Erwin has over 15 years of experience in education and juvenile probation. Currently serving as a Teacher at Fruitvale ISD since August 2008, Tara previously taught at Grand Saline ISD for a year. Before transitioning to education, Tara worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer at Smith County Juvenile Probation from September 2001 to August 2006, where responsibilities included comprehensive juvenile probation case management. Tara holds a Master's degree in Reading obtained from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2016, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology earned from the same university in 1999.
