Dominik Olbrich

Dominik Olbrich is a product development professional with significant experience in the food and beverage sector. Currently employed at NovaTaste since February 2018, Dominik focuses on product development. Prior to this role, Dominik worked as a Masters Student in product development at Lactalis Gruppe Deutschland from March 2017 to January 2018. From February 2016 to February 2017, Dominik served as a scientific assistant at Zentrum für Ernährung und Lebensmitteltechnologie gGmbH, engaging in research, product development, and physicochemical analysis in the laboratory. Dominik holds a Master of Science degree in Lebensmittel- und Bioprodukttechnologie from Hochschule Neubrandenburg, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Lebensmitteltechnologie from the same institution, earned in 2016. Dominik's educational background also includes studies at the Technical University of Munich and obtaining the Allgemeine Hochschulreife from Gymnasium Donauwörth.
