Joakim Wirström

Joakim Wirström has extensive experience in treasury and financial analysis roles. Joakim most recently served as Head of Treasury at NovaTaste, starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they were with On as Head of Treasury, where they launched the Treasury function and led the structuring of the company's first syndicated credit facility. Joakim worked at Ralph Lauren as Treasury Manager from December 2020 to July 2022, and as a Treasury Analyst from August 2019 to December 2020. Joakim also held roles as a Treasury Analyst at Magnolia Bostad AB from December 2018 to July 2019, and in various treasury and financial analyst positions at Skandia from May 2016 to December 2018.

Joakim Wirström completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Accounting from Stockholm University, from the year 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business and Economics from Umeå University, from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Joakim has obtained various certifications including a Swedsec license from SwedSec Licensiering AB in January 2017, and several certificates in Treasury from the Association of Corporate Treasurers. The Treasury certificates include topics such as Ethics, Governance and Regulation, Risk Analysis and Management, Corporate Finance, Cash and Liquidity Management, and The Context of Treasury. These certifications were obtained between 2020 and 2021.
