Luca Mennella has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Luca began their career at BONAZZA S.P.A., where they served as a Quality Control Manager, implementing quality management systems and researching ingredients to improve meat quality. Luca then became the Plant Production Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and increasing production capacity while minimizing costs.

In 2005, Luca joined Chr. Hansen A/S as a Technical Sales Manager, where they developed and implemented sales strategies, provided technical support to customers in the meat industry, and collaborated with the R&D department to develop new products.

In 2011, Luca joined Frutarom and held various roles, including Head of Sales and Key Account Manager/Sales Agent. As the Head of Sales, they led the business development process in Italy and Austria, developing strategies, business plans, and sales KPIs. As a Key Account Manager/Sales Agent, Luca managed relationships with major customers in the food industry, set revenue and customer retention goals, and implemented cross-selling strategies.

Currently, Luca is the Head of Sales Italy at NovaTaste, a position they have held since 2023.

Luca Mennella obtained a Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology from Università degli Studi di Milano. Luca studied at the university from 1990 to 1996.
