Exceptionalism in Client Service is synonymous with Kim Blaylock. During her impressive 25-year career, her passion for serving clients and ability to lead is unmatched. Here, she oversees a team of advertising professionals, guiding them in providing exemplary client service. Under her leadership, the Account Service team builds clients’ business and brands through effective marketing strategy and integrated campaigns.

Starting out in the ad business at Cramer-Krasselt’s Orlando office, Kim supervised multi-million-dollar accounts including Visit Orlando, AirTran Airways, PGA National Resort & Spa and Orlando Science Center. She subsequently worked in shopper marketing with Integrated Marketing Services on the Sam’s Club Tastes & Tips program and was a partner at JK Marketing working with client’s like Monster Cable and Dual Electronics.

At &Barr, she’s credited with building the Account Service team from the ground up—proudly serving clients like Rosen Hotels & Resorts, Sonny’s BBQ, Florida Virtual School, Florida’s Space Coast and Badcock Home Furniture &more. But it’s her unique way of using her natural empathy as both a leader and a strategic Account person that makes her a priceless asset to the &Barr team.
