Matt Smith has over 20 years of work experience, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and product management in the industrial technology sector. Matt started their career at Ingersoll Rand, where they held various roles in sales, marketing, and product management for small rotary compressors. Matt then joined FS Curtis at Fu Sheng Industrial Co., Ltd., where they served as the National Sales Director, Director of Alternate Channels, and Manager of Business Development. In 2019, they joined FS-Elliott as the Director of Channel Partner Sales. Currently, Matt is the Vice President of Customer Experience at FS-Curtis. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, building strong relationships with channel partners, and driving business growth.

Matt Smith completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, Operations, and Marketing at Wake Forest University School of Business from 2004 to 2006. Prior to this, they obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 1989 to 1995.
