Control Engineer at FS-Elliott

Lajos Spisak's work experience includes a role as a Control Engineer at FS-Elliott since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at MOL Group from February 2019 to March 2022, where they served as a Senior Rotation Equipment Engineer and Project Manager, supporting the steam cracker plant's lifetime on rotation equipment. Lajos was responsible for project preparation, bidding, contracting, and execution. Lajos also led the rotation equipment discipline. Before that, they worked at Siemens from November 2011 to January 2019 as a Gas Turbine Commissioning Engineer, testing and starting up gas turbines on various EPC projects. Additionally, they worked briefly at T-forex in 2011 as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, responsible for the maintenance of stationary and rotating machines at TVK.

Lajos Spisak's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at the University of Miskolc, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Automation and Communication (Electrical Engineer). Lajos successfully completed their degree in 2010. Lajos then continued their academic journey at the same institution, joining the University of Miskolc for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Business Administration and Management, General. Lajos studied from 2019 to 2021 and obtained their MBA degree.

Besides their formal education, Lajos Spisak has also acquired several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they received training in FESTO (Industrial pneumatics basic training) from Festo. Lajos then completed the Basic Offshore Safety Introduction and Emergency Training OPITO and HUET course offered by Falck Nutec AS in June 2012. Additionally, they attained the OLF accepted upgrade to the Norwegian Continental Shelf qualification from Falck Nutec AS in the same month. In March 2012, Lajos obtained the SCC certification from TÜV Rheinland AG.

In January 2012, Lajos attended Siemens for training in Siemens PCS7 and WinCC basic training for Gas turbines. Later that year in November, they received basic training in Siemens SGT-800. Furthermore, Lajos holds a Bentley Nevada 3500 certification obtained from GE in January 2016. In April 2014, they completed ATEX, Ex training for industrial plants. Lastly, Lajos received HSE, First Aid training from Siemens in August 2012.
