Fausto Hara

Fausto Hara is an experienced business controller and logistics professional with a strong background in budget preparation, logistics innovation, and operations management. Currently serving as Business Controller for FS Fueling Sustainability since December 2021, Fausto engages in annual and monthly budget preparation, variance analysis, and detailed logistics cost reporting. Previous roles include positions at Samsung Electronics, where Fausto developed logistics guidelines for various Latin American countries, and Fresenius Medical Care, where responsibilities included managing P&L and KPI analysis while leading cross-functional projects. Fausto's extensive experience in logistics spans companies such as Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras, Implamed Implantes Especializados, Fastshop S/A, Cia Ultragaz, and Whirlpool Latin America, demonstrating expertise in logistics systems development, transportation management, and inventory control. Fausto holds a BS in Production Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP and a CPIM certification in Supply Chain Management from APICS Northern Colorado.
