Andy Chow

Andy Chow (趙 珒 胲) is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as an Intelligence Officer for the Asia-Pacific region at FS-ISAC since January 2023, Andy is involved in enhancing cybersecurity and resilience within the global financial system. Prior to this role, Andy held key positions at the Monetary Authority of Singapore as Deputy Director of Cyber Risk Surveillance and Analysis, and at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included leading cyber intelligence efforts globally and in Asia. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles in threat intelligence and cybersecurity at esteemed organizations such as Singtel, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland Business, OCBC Bank, Huntsman Corporation, StarHub, and PSA Singapore. Andy holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
