Rebecca Gibergues

Rebecca Gibergues is a seasoned professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as Regional Director for France and Southern Europe at the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center since July 2023. With prior experience as Director - Swiss Market Lead at BlackRock, Rebecca demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development across French-speaking markets. Rebecca's extensive background includes transformative leadership roles at Barclays, where responsibilities spanned business change management and technology oversight for the EMEA Private Bank. Previous positions also encompass consulting roles in equity trading technology at leading firms such as JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Wellington Management, along with a strong foundation in business applications support at Credit Suisse and ING Barings. Academically, Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from The University of Edinburgh and has pursued additional studies in digital forensics, digital finance law, and leadership programs at Stanford. Rebecca is also a licensed pilot (PPL) from Aéro-club de Genève.
