Violeta Ajete, CTMP, is a talent management professional with extensive experience in human resources, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Violeta has held significant roles, including Manager of Talent Management at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario, where they lead talent management programs aligned with organizational objectives. Previously, Violeta served as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at AGF Management Limited and HR Coordinator at Macquarie Bank, managing full recruitment cycles and supporting hiring managers. Violeta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Russian from Memorial University and a Master’s in Translation Studies from the University of Ottawa, alongside a diploma in Human Resource Management.
