Martyn Beauchamp

Martyn Beauchamp is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (Interim) at Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Martyn also acts as a board advisor for CandidateX, a tech start-up focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. With a background in various financial institutions, Martyn has held significant roles such as CEO at Sainsburys Argos Financial Services and Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at GE Capital. Martyn has also been involved in gender equality initiatives and strategic advisory roles throughout their career. Martyn holds a Post Graduate Diploma in European Management from the University of London and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with Politics from the University of Leeds.
