Raza Bokhari

Raza Bokhari is the current Executive Co-Chairman of the Board and CEO at FSD Pharma. Raza has held this position since October 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Co Chairman and Interim CEO of FSD Pharma from November 2020 to May 2021. From June 2019 to November 2020, they were the Executive Co-Chairman and CEO of the company. From February 2019 to May 2019, they served as the Executive Co Chairman and Interim CEO of FSD Pharma. Raza has also been a Director of the company since August 2018.

Bokhari has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Raza previously served as the Executive Chairman of PCL (Parkway Clinical Laboratories, Inc.) and as the Chief Development Officer of Rosetta Genomics. Raza also served as the President and CEO of Lakewood Pathology Associates (now called PLUS Diagnostics) from February 2000 to May 2007.

Bokhari is a Managing Partner of RBx Capital, LP. Raza is also a member of the board of directors of several public and private companies.

Raza Bokhari has a MBA from Temple University Fox School of Business and an MD from University of Punjab Rawalpindi Medical College. Raza also has a doctorate in medicine from Rawalpindi Medical College and a master's in business administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
