Bobbi Silten

Bobbi Silten serves as the Chief of People & Culture and Managing Director of US Consulting at FSG, a global nonprofit consulting firm, since July 2018. With over three decades of corporate experience, Bobbi's expertise spans shared value, sustainability, corporate philanthropy, and organizational transformation. Notable roles include Interim Co-CEO at FSG and Managing Director of the Shared Value Initiative, where leadership was provided in addressing societal challenges through business solutions. Additional experience includes serving as a Strategic Advisor on ESG Matters at KKR Acquisition Holdings and holding executive positions at Gap Inc. and Levi Strauss & Co.
