Lakshmi Iyer

Lakshmi Iyer is currently the Managing Director at FSG and also serves as the Director of Strategy and Operations at Salesforce. With a background in social impact consulting, CSR, and program management, Lakshmi has extensive experience working with multinational corporations, foundations, and nonprofits to design strategies that create social impact and advance racially equitable outcomes. Lakshmi holds a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and has a strong educational background in social work and management. Lakshmi's career has been dedicated to driving social impact and building inclusive business models.
