Njideka Ofoleta

Njideka Ofoleta is a Senior Consultant at FSG, with extensive experience in research and policy initiatives. At Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy, Ofoleta served as a Graduate Student Assistant, contributing to projects in sustainable energy transitions, healthcare systems, and community engagement. Previous roles include an internship at FHI 360, where Ofoleta conducted landscape analyses of digital health tools and contributed to equity-focused research during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Research Specialist at Isaacson, Miller, Ofoleta led research strategy discussions for executive searches and has coordinated programs at Boston Children's Hospital, enhancing communication and patient coordination in healthcare settings. Ofoleta holds an MA in Public Policy focused on Health Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Latin American Studies from Hamilton College.
