Prior to FSGroup, Rocky was the Owner and Partner of Emmaus Foods since 2008. Before that, they were the Owner and CEO of FABCO EQUIPMENT COMPANY INC since 1988. Rocky S. also owned RSF Enterprises since 1997.

Rocky's earlier work experience includes working at Metal Craft Equipment Co. Inc. as an Aero Space Machine and Manufacturing professional from 1984 to 1988. Rocky S. also worked as a Certified Welder of Nuclear Facilities at Tennessee Valley Authority from 1977 to 1984, and as a Machine Mechanic at Moore's Heavy Equipment from 1974 to 1977. Rocky S. started their career at Frazier Farms and Trucking Company as an Operator/Driver/Mechanic in 1968.

Rocky S. Frazier, Sr. attended Riverton Jr. High, Buckhorn High School, Marshall County Technical School, and Snead State Community College. Rocky S. obtained a degree in Business with a focus on International Law and Legal Studies from Snead State Community College. Additionally, they earned a certification in Certified Welding & Machine Shop from Marshall County Technical School.
