Antoine van Cauwenberge

Antoine Van Cauwenberge serves as the Head of International Relations and Sustainability Policy at the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) since April 1990, where responsibilities include leading international relations for the Belgian financial markets regulator and coordinating sustainability policy initiatives, including participation in COP. Additionally, Antoine holds roles such as Secretary of the Supervisory Board and serves in the Legal Department, Policy Department, and Office of the Sanctions Committee at FSMA since September 2022, and is a Board Member of the Belgian Audit Oversight College. Antoine possesses advanced degrees, including a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Ghent University, an LL.M. in European Union Law from Ghent University, and a Master of Economics in Business Management from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
