Kristy Graham is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in collections and accounts receivable management. Currently serving as Billing Manager at FST Technical Services since March 2023, Kristy previously held roles at RPM Living as Former Resident Care Manager and spent over a decade at Essex Property Trust as Collections Supervisor, overseeing collections for a portfolio of 240 properties and 62,000 units. With a strong focus on financial recovery, customer service, and team development, Kristy implemented new procedures and training programs while managing efficient collection processes. Kristy holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from Colorado Technical University and has a solid educational foundation from South High School.
