Karthik Sekar

Karthik Sekar MBA is an experienced professional in the finance and billing management sectors, currently serving as a Billing Manager at Lavender since October 2025. Prior to this role, Karthik worked as an Accountant at Searchlight Pharma Inc. from June 2023 to April 2025 and held the position of BPO Supervisor at NTT DATA for over a decade, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of more than fifty individuals, managing strategic scheduling, and ensuring high standards in employee performance and project outcomes. Karthik holds a Master of Business Administration from University Canada West and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Kumararani Meena Muthiah College of Arts and Science.
