Ana Blumenau

Ana Blumenau currently holds the position of Vice President at F&T Group, a role started in August 2022. Prior to this, Blumenau served as Director of Property Management at Triangle Equities from April 2019 to August 2022 and was Senior Retail Asset Manager for the Northeast region at The Bozzuto Group from February 2015 to April 2019. With extensive experience in retail real estate, Blumenau also held the title of Vice President at Related Companies from 1998 to 2014, where involvement included managing the development, leasing, and construction of a diverse portfolio, as well as public parks. Earlier in the career, Blumenau worked as a Property Manager at Lavipour & Company, Inc. from 1992 to 1998, focusing on operations management and portfolio expansion. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from De La Salle University, completed in 1991.
