Richard Siu

Richard Siu is the Chief Investment Officer at F&T GROUP, a position held since February 2014. In addition to this role, Richard serves on the Board of Directors for the Queens Chamber of Commerce and is an Operating Board Member for Pursuit, both since May 2023 and May 2018, respectively. Previously, Richard was a member of the Economic Development Committee for the Real Estate Board of New York from October 2017 to October 2020. Richard's extensive experience in real estate includes serving as Senior Vice President and Real Estate Executive at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. / LAMCO LLC from October 2008 to January 2014, and before that, as Vice President in the Real Estate Principal Transactions Group at Lehman Brothers from June 2001 to September 2008. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Cornell University, earned in May 2001.
