Lisa O'Connor, RN, MS, is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as the Senior Managing Director in the Healthcare Business Transformation practice at FTI Consulting. Grounded in nursing, Lisa has a strong operational, strategic, and leadership background, previously holding the position of Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations and Chief Nursing Officer at Boston Medical Center. In addition to her current role, Lisa is a board member of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Medicine. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Management from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State University.
