Megan Mansfield

Megan Mansfield is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in global campus recruitment. As the Early Talent Global Director at FTI Consulting since December 2021, Megan developed and executed a comprehensive recruitment strategy and led a multinational team of recruiters. Prior to this, Megan served as the Early Talent Recruiting Manager at Johnson Lambert LLP, where responsibilities included aligning hiring goals with revenue growth, enhancing company culture, and fostering relationships with over 30 universities. With earlier roles at Northwestern Mutual, including Director of Campus Recruitment, Megan honed skills in developing recruitment processes and managing internship programs. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from William Peace University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
