Melanie F. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in M&A advisory and corporate development, currently serving as Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting since January 2009. In this role, Melanie has directed numerous global acquisitions and integrations while collaborating with various operational teams. Previously, as Vice President of Corporate Development at FTI, responsibilities included managing deal processes and negotiations. Early in their career, Melanie worked at Deutsche Bank as an Associate in the Media and Telecom investment banking sector.
