Frank Poulin

Frank Poulin is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in testing and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Lead at GXM Consulting since June 2020, Frank previously held multiple roles, including Test Manager at GlobalNet Services, Inc. and Salient CRGT, where responsibilities included overseeing testing processes for large-scale projects. Frank's extensive experience at Unisys involved managing test operations for network infrastructure and security devices, while earlier career accomplishments included leading deployment engineering teams at Electronic Data Systems. Frank possesses a PhD in Slavic Languages and Literatures with a minor in Western European Intellectual History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA in Russian Literature from the University of Virginia.
