Michael Weyrich

Michael Weyrich is a senior executive currently serving as the Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where they focus on business transformation for corporates and private equity firms. They previously held positions such as Chief Strategy & Development Officer at GSMA and Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy at Q8 Kuwait Petroleum. With extensive experience in consulting and strategic roles, Michael has also been a Senior Managing Director and Partner at AlixPartners and held advisory roles for global private equity firms.
