Pat McLay

Pat McLay is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where they advise CFOs on complex accounting matters and major change events, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and commercial transformations. With over 30 years of experience in Australia and the UK, Pat has also held leadership roles, including Partner at EY and Deloitte, and Head of Audit at Grant Thornton UK LLP. They are a registered company auditor and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Pat holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Glasgow.
