Roxana Fariborz

Roxana Fariborz currently serves as Executive Vice President and Managing Director for both Private Capital Advisory Services and Activism and M&A Solutions at FTI Consulting since June 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director of Institutional Sales at Needham & Company from 2005 to 2018, and earlier roles as an Equity Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley, Sovereign Analyst at Bear Stearns & Company, and Associate positions at both Morgan Stanley and State Street. Roxana Fariborz holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Regional and Comparative Studies from Georgetown University.
