Steven Turner

Steven Turner is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, specializing in telecommunications and infrastructure with 30 years of experience in network architecture, engineering economic analysis, and performance improvement. They previously held positions as District Manager at AT&T, where they managed engineering and planning for the access network across multiple states. As the Co-Founder and CEO of ALT Communications, they established the first UNE-P CLEC in Texas. Steven also served as President of Kaleo Consulting, focusing on expert testimony and strategic consulting in telecommunications. They earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Auburn University.
