Tanya Manocha

Tanya Manocha is a Corporate Finance & Restructuring Consultant at FTI Consulting, specializing in the Business Transformation Group since September 2025. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at the Duke Association for Business Oriented Women, where responsibilities encompassed co-vice presidency of general body meetings and vice presidency of sponsorship. Tanya gained strategic advisory experience as an intern at Teneo and acquired skills in deal sourcing and industry research during an internship at DoubleJack Growth Partners. As Co-Director of Next Ventures at Campus Enterprises, Tanya contributed to generating significant revenue and net income for local businesses. Additionally, Tanya held internships at Crestone Capital, LLC, and Langrand, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Finance Concentration at Duke University.
