Derek Nower

Derek Nower is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in driving growth and managing sales teams across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Sales at FTL Networks since April 2024, Derek previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Sales at GFI Software, where a global sales team was led to align with corporate vision and achieve rapid market growth. Derek also served as Channel Director for North America at Softing, significantly expanding distribution networks and market share. Prior roles at Cintas and PepsiCo involved managing key accounts and sales territories, with a focus on contract negotiation and operational efficiency. Derek holds an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina and a Chancellor's Honors Degree in Marketing and Logistics from the University of Tennessee.
