Arnaud Michel is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property and European Union law, currently serving as a Partner at FTPA since March 2023. With a distinguished career spanning over four decades, Arnaud held notable positions, including Past President of Licensing Executives Society International (LESI) since 2016, and has played a pivotal role in various committees focusing on European and mediation issues. Previously, Arnaud led the Brussels office of Gide Loyrette Nouel from 1986 to 1993 as an Associate and contributed to the firm as a Partner until 2022, managing multi-jurisdictional patent and trademark litigations, technology transfer contracts, and IP rights strategy. Arnaud's leadership in professional organizations extends to serving as President of LES France from 2001 to 2004 and as President of APRAM from 2000 to 2002.
