Sophie Jouniaux is an experienced tax lawyer specializing in International and French Corporate Tax matters, with a strong focus on international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring projects. Currently serving as Avocat associé - Partner Tax at FTPA since September 2020, Sophie previously held the position of Associée / Partner Tax at Osborne Clarke from January 2016 to September 2020. Prior to this, Sophie was a National Partner at Baker & McKenzie from September 2002 to December 2015 and worked as an Associate and Senior Associate at Arthur Andersen from December 1998 to August 2002.
