Joe Cascio

Joe Cascio is a highly experienced aerospace professional with a robust background in space systems engineering and program management. Currently serving as a Space Systems Engineer at FTS International, LLC since October 2022, Cascio previously held key roles at L3Harris Technologies as Advanced Concepts Manager and Director of the Mission Architecture Group. A career spanning over two decades in the US Navy included positions such as Naval Officer and Director of PMR-51 at the Office of Naval Research. Additional leadership roles included Deputy Director at the National Reconnaissance Office and key positions within Naval Air Systems Command. Cascio holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Astronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and Military Studies from Hawaii Pacific University, demonstrating a strong educational foundation to complement extensive practical experience.
