Suzanna Borthwick Butler has over a decade of experience in executive recruiting and talent management. Suzanna is currently the Principal, Executive Recruiting & Strategic Talent at FTV Capital. Prior to this role, Suzanna served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at The Marlin Hawk Group where they led talent acquisition globally.

Suzanna has also held positions as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half International and a Senior Associate in Fin/Tech at Korn Ferry. In these roles, they were responsible for management and execution of C-suite and executive level search assignments for payments, fintech, financial services and technology companies in the US.

In 2016, Suzanna founded Lansdowne Careers, LLC., a career coaching and talent advisory firm. Suzanna served as the CEO of Lansdowne Careers until 2020 when they joined FTV Capital.
