Karim Henein has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Karim started their career at Schaeffler in 2009, where they worked as a Lean Manager from September 2009 to December 2010. Karim then served as a Production Manager from January 2011 to January 2013 and later became the Head of Segment Special Bearings from February 2013 to December 2013.
In 2014, Henein joined Continental as the Head of Segment Suspension Systems, a role they held until January 2018.
Currently, they are working at Fuba Automotive Electronics. Karim began as a Plant Manager from February 2018 to April 2020. Karim then transitioned to the position of Director of Business Operations from May 2020 to January 2023. From February 2023 onwards, Henein holds the role of Director Global Operations at Fuba Automotive Electronics.
Karim Henein completed their education from 1999 to 2006 at Technische Universität Darmstadt, where they obtained a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieur (Mechanical Engineering). In 2004, they briefly attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics.
