Heiko Schmidt

Heiko Schmidt has a long and diverse work experience. Heiko began their career in 1992 as a Clerk in the Department of Sales of Fragrance and Cosmetics at DRAGOCO Gerberding & Co. AG. Heiko then moved on to various roles within the company, including Key Account Manager, Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager in the Sweet Flavourings division. In 2003, they joined Symrise as the Director of Corporate Business Development Encapsulation and later became the Global Competence Director for Encapsulation. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at NORDMILCH as the Head of Sales for the Industry Division. Heiko then spent over a decade at CONDETTA GmbH & Co. KG as the Managing Director before assuming their current role as the Managing Director of the Business Unit Industry at Fuchs Gruppe in 2020.
