Ashley Brooks - On the Lvl

Ashley Brooks has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance within the food industry. Currently serving as the Regulatory & Compliance Manager at Fuchs North America since October 2007, Ashley oversees compliance processes related to Food Safety programs, including FSMA, GMP's, HACCP, and HARPC. Prior roles include Regulatory Affairs Supervisor, where oversight of ingredient and label compliance occurred, and QA Senior Microbiologist, focusing on food microbiology laboratory analysis. Ashley's earlier experience includes a position as a Lab Technician at EA Engineering, where toxicology laboratory analysis was conducted, and as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Stevenson University, earned in 2006.
