Previously, Aspen served as Seattle Recruiting Lead and Technical Recruiter at Mainz Brady Group, recognized as the top billing recruiter in 2022 and a consistent top producer from 2019 to 2021, achieving the "Recruiter MVP" award in 2020. Aspen's earlier experience includes roles at Amazon as a Stylist, JOEY Restaurant Group as Shift Manager, and various sales positions at Nordstrom, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University in 2015.
