Derek Stephens has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Derek is currently the Managing Director at Fuel Talent and also the Founder of Stepfire Digital. Prior to that, Derek worked at Fuel Talent as the Director of Client Success and Sr. Relationship Manager. Derek also held positions at Enterprise Select Resourcing, Agile Workforce Solutions Inc., thePGCgroup, Goodwell Technologies, Axis Financial, and Quality Business Systems, A Xerox Company. Throughout their career, Derek has focused on areas such as workforce management, employee leasing, HR outsourcing, PEO, and contingent staffing. Derek has also been involved in sales and network management.
Derek Stephens attended Washington State University from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Communications - Broadcast Management. Prior to this, they also attended Christian Faith School, although the specific dates and field of study are unknown.
