Shantanu Padhye

Shantanu Padhye has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Shantanu began their career at Crown Equipment Corporation as a Software Developer, where they worked on developing software for forklift automation. Shantanu then joined AIESEC New Zealand, serving as the Director of Finance and Information Management and later as the Managing Director at AIESEC Auckland, where they were responsible for overseeing the organization's operations and leading the executive board.

Shantanu then joined Orion Health as an Intermediate Software Developer, initially working in a Java development team and later transitioning to DevOps teams. During this time, they gained essential skills in Java coding, reviewing, and testing in an agile environment.

After their tenure at Orion Health, they joined MYOB as a DevOps Engineer, where they had the opportunity to work in two teams across two products. Shantanu expanded their knowledge of puppet and powershell to automate the provisioning of new sites.

Shantanu Padhye completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical Systems/Software Applications/Embedded Systems from The University of Auckland, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution. In April 2015, Shantanu Padhye received the Java SE 7 Programmer I 1Z0-803 certification from Oracle.
