Michael Lisowski

Michael Lisowski has over 28 years of work experience, primarily in the energy and procurement industries. Since June 2019, they have been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at FuelCell Energy. Prior to this, they held various roles at the same company, including Vice President of Global Operations and Vice President of Supply Chain. From 2001 to 2011, they worked at FuelCell Energy, Inc., where they served as Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Direct Materials, Manager of Global Sourcing, and Senior Procurement Specialist. Before that, they worked at Electronic Retailing Systems International, Inc. as a Senior Buyer and New Products Buyer from 1996 to 2001. Michael'searliest work experience was at Gretag Imaging, Inc. as an Operations Buyer/Planner from 1993 to 1996.

Michael Lisowski earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Communications from Western New England University in 1993. Michael then completed an Executive Certificate in Operations and Value Chain Management from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2008. From 2012 to 2015, Michael pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management with a specialization in Global Supply Chain Integration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) Lifetime certification from the Institute for Supply Management in 2005 and the Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification in January 2016.
