Smit Patel

Smit Patel is an experienced electrical engineering professional currently serving as Supervisor of Electrical Engineering at FuelCell Energy, a position held since October 2019. Prior roles at FuelCell Energy included Senior Electrical Engineer in New Product Introduction and Advanced Technology Development, as well as Electrical Engineer in Application Engineering and Advanced Technology Development. Prior to joining FuelCell Energy, Smit Patel worked as an Electrical Engineering Consultant for both QuEST Global, specializing in FuelCell Energy, and GE Power. Smit Patel holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the University of the Cumberlands and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Smit Patel also earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University and a Diploma in Financial Management from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University.
