Chad Barksdale

Chad Barksdale has worked in the field of learning and development for over 15 years. From 2005 to 2010 they worked for Imedia.it, Inc. as a Senior Instructional Designer, leading the design and development of 1000 hours of custom eLearning courseware. From 2010 to 2011 they worked for Logistic Services International, Inc. as an Instructional Designer II, leading the development of asynchronous online courseware. From 2011 to 2014 they worked for Xerox Business Services at BP as a Learning & Development Senior Consultant, designing and developing technical and soft-skill training curricula. From 2014 to 2015 they worked for Waste Management as a Learning Practitioner, chosen to lead the design and development of multiple learning academies within the Recycling stream. From 2015 to present they have worked for FuelFX as an Operations Manager & Lead Producer, Account Executive, Project Manager & Senior Instructional Designer.

Chad Barksdale obtained a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Texas State University between 1995 and 2000.
